Returns & Refunds Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from the Doggy Bakery & Boutique, in the unlikely event you want to return or exchange any item bought from us please follow these instructions below.

Returns

You have a 14 working day cooling off period after receiving your order. You must contact the Doggy Bakery & Boutique in the first instance to arrange the return or exchange of the items, giving your reason for return. This can be done by emailing us at – info@no1doggybakery.com

Please note – this does not apply to any bespoke products sold on our website including the Berkeley Oak Dog Beds these cannot be returned. Unless they are faulty in which case please contact us following the instructions as above.

Exchanging Products

To exhange a product, please contact us by email at – info@no1doggybakery.com and include your order number and reason for exchange, you have two options when exchanging product/s.

Option One

For an exchange, we ask you place in the package a copy of your original invoice. Where we have not been at fault, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs as detailed in the returns section below. The product must be in ‘as new’ and re-saleable condition with all original packaging on return as judged by ourselves.

For small items – We will email you a returns label for you to stick on the package and take to your nearest Post Office.
For Large items – We will email you and you can arrange for Parcelforce to collect your item at a time best convenient to you.

Upon receipt of your package and inspection we will issue a refund for your product less any return shipping costs within 14 working days.

Please ensure your product/s are suitably packaged, any items received back damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to you.

Your should re-order your replacement item from our website, this is the fastest method for exchange as you receive your replacement product quicker.

Option Two

For an exchange, we ask you place in the package a copy of your original invoice. The product must be in ‘as new’ and re-saleable condition with all original packaging on return as judged by ourselves.

Once your product is received back and inspected we will arrange for your replacement (exchange) product to be sent to you.

Please ensure your product/s are suitably packaged, any items received back damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to you.

This is the slower of the two options as replacement products will not be shipped until the original product ordered is received back.

Please be aware that we cannot ship exchange products where the original product has not been received back.

Faulty / Damaged Products

Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit, however, if your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it we ask that you please notify us within 48 hours and return the faulty goods within 14 days of the notification.

Despite the fact that the goods are faulty, they must be returned to us and you are responsible for their safe return so please make sure that the goods are suitably packaged.

As with exchanging products we can arrange for the faulty / damaged products to be collected;

For Large items – We will email you and you can arrange for Parcelforce to collect your item at a time best convenient to you.

Upon receipt of your package and inspection we will issue a refund for your product less any original shipping costs within 14 working days.

As with exchanging products above you should re-order your replacement item/s from our website, please be aware that we cannot ship replacement products where the original product has not been received back.

Return Postage

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest the item must be sent back using a trackable/recorded delivery method as it was dispatched.

This is to avoid lost items and so that we can track your item. If returned within the cooling off period, a refund for the product price will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. The customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

If we do not receive goods that you have sent back to us using your own method of return we cannot be responsible, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a saleable condition.

To use our courier service for returning product the charges are as follows:

Small Items via Royal Mail: £9.00
Larger Items via Parcelforce: £17.50

Refunds

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The Doggy Bakery will refund the purchased price of the item(s).
The Doggy Bakery reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
