We deliver throughout United Kingdom.
Our delivery charge is £4.50 or FREE if you spend over £60.00
Standard delivery 1-3 working days. Orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on destination & weight.
Special Delivery™ Royal Mail available as a shipping extra on the “Shopping Bag” page. Orders placed before 1pm should arrive next working day before 1pm (supplement fee of £4.00 applies).
All items are dispatched from within the UK & include VAT.

Returns
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from the Doggy Bakery & Boutique, in the unlikely event you want to return or exchange any item bought from us we offer a 14 day, no quibble money back guarantee.
You have a 14 working day cooling off period after receiving your order. You must contact the Doggy Bakery & Boutique in the first instance to arrange the return or exchange of the items, giving your reason for return. This can be done by emailing us at – info@no1doggybakery.com
Please note – this does not apply to any bespoke products sold on our website including the Berkeley Oak Dog Beds these cannot be returned. Unless they are faulty in which case please contact us following the instructions as above.
